A simple mail reservation, filling the form, let you option your cabin. It will be valid for one week.
It is the first act to start booking the vacation. Within 24 hours, you will receive our feedback by email about the availability of the requested cabins.
A deposit of 30% of amount total are required to confirm the reservation. After 7 days, if we do not receive the deposit, your option will decay.
Bank transfer is the only accepted methods of payment.
The balance is due 120 days prior to boarding.

At the time Italcharter receives written cancellation by email to sales@italcharter.com, the following penalties apply:
If canceled space is resold prior to the date of departure, an amount equal to the sum received for resale, less £500 per person, will be refunded.
We believe it is correct to pay maximum attention to the hesitations and concerns of those who want to spend their holidays on an Italcharter Golf and Sailing Tour at a time conditioned by the health emergency that involves us all.
We have therefore thought and implemented a procedure that allows you to reschedule your tour if impediments of force majeure, linked to the global epidemic of coronavirus COVID19, result in its cancellation.
We will continue to monitor the situation and this may result in a change in the policy below.
This policy will be applied only if the charterers will not be able to reach the boarding destination for documentable reasons of border closure or total cancellation of flights, all exclusively due to the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19)-
Charterers will have the option to move their charter dates by the end of the same season to a different period or to the next season (depending on the availability of the Tour booked).
In the event that the charter is not possible and a rescheduling is required:
In the event that the country you are about to visit allows entry( Italy) , but requires a negative test for Covid 19, which you are unable to provide, this condition will not be considered as a case of impediment due to COVID-19 and the normal cancellation terms will apply.
These policies have been designed considering the situation to date, in the event of new directives from the competent authorities, they will be promptly updated. With a bit of optimism that we hope well founded… we wish everyone good.
Personal Insurance programs are available at additional cost. An application for trip cancellation and interruption insurance will be mailed with your confirmation. For your protection, travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Cruise accommodations, golf and sightseeing venues are all subject to change due to circumstances that are unforeseen or beyond our control. Cruise itineraries are subject to change due to government regulations, water conditions, and other factors. The right is reserved to adjust the itinerary as deemed necessary.
The right is reserved to take photographs during the operation of any Golf and Sailing tours and to use photos for promotional purposes. Any traveler who prefers that his/her image not be used must inform Italcharter in writing.
Italcharterand its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and subcontractors act only as the agent for the travelers to any transportation carrier, hotel, restaurant, ground operator, or other supplier of services connected with this golf tour, and the other providers are solely responsible and liable for providing their respective services. We can assume no liability for any damage to, or loss of, property and injury to, or death of, persons occasioned directly or indirectly, by any act or omission, including but not limited to any defect in watercraft, or vehicle. We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, damage or inconvenience due to delay, cancellation, or disruption in my manner caused by any government or agent thereof, strike, war rebellion, terrorism, insurrection, fire, weather and other acts of nature, sickness, quarantine, epidemics, theft, acts for God or force majeure, or any other causes(s) beyond our control. The travelers waive any claim against Italcharter, its affiliates, owners, officers, agents, employees, contractors, and subcontractors for any such loss, damage, injury, or death.
The travelers represent that neither they nor anyone traveling with them have any physical or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for self or other members of the tour. The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain anyone as a trip participant, at his/her expense. In the event of emergency, the travelers authorize medical personnel to share critical health information with tour staff to help expedite appropriate medical response.
