This is a member club of the Italian Golf Federation and is approved by CONI. Over the 1300 meters that the course spans, you will find some of the most scenic views of the Tuscan coastline. 3. Toscana Golf Club: Located in Gavorrano, Tuscany, the Toscana golf club has been open to players since 1999. The club has a par 71 golf course of 18 holes. Being one of the most exclusive golf courses in Italy, this has been famous among both players and amateurs alike. While the course is well-liked because of its short fairways, it is also populated with some of the most challenging water hazards, thanks to its proximity to the sea. Multiple bunkers also dot the course. You can get really great views of the sea, way down to Elba island.
4. Golf Club Punta Ala: The location of this golf course is the stunning Tuscan Maremma. This is a par 72, 18-hole golf course. Local vegetation includes pines, cork oaks, albatross bushes, and the occasional secular oak. The course started operation in 1964. The course also has a driving range and a practice bunker. It is located just a few miles away from key tourist attractions like Follonica, and Castiglione Della Pescaia, being one of the finest golf courses in the region. The course is open all year round and has many scheduled competitions which makes it a good place to both play and enjoy the game.
5. Argentario Golf Club: Located in Porto Ercole, this is one of the best golf courses in Italy. This is a PGA National Golf Course which makes it one of the most prestigious establishments in the region. Being an 18-hole course makes it an equally fun and challenging golf course to play on, particularly for those on sailing holidays. The course also features coaching facilities as well as an on-premises pro shop for all your equipment needs.
